Summary: Shower had poor water pressure. Temperature control in the room left something to be desired. Hotel parking in the garage was limited.

Summary: The place was perfect. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and the Indian restaurant on site was fabulous!

Summary: Nice hotel. This is my second stay and it is well located with lots close by. Clean and comfortable. I thought the breakfast was poor. The choices were fine but the restaurant could do better.

Summary: cold coffee .....at 7am.....took staff over an hour to refill....and then they couldn't find any cups....none showed up in the next hour after that....finally I left...

Summary: The management of this hotel is not great but the staff was as accommodating as they could be under tough circumstances. We stayed 4 nights. The last night the cleaning staff simply forgot to clean our room!?!? We had no sign out not to clean the room because there wasn’t one in the room! We had a breakfast package, but because there weren’t enough servers or chefs in the back, it took us sometimes an hour to get breakfast. If you want lunch, there is nothing open in the hotel. There is a place to purchase snacks, but during the time we were there, the shelves, refrigerator, and freezer were almost empty. And there were no healthy options from the meager offerings. In addition, when we arrived to check in, there was one staff member and a very long line. In addition, there were no bottles of water to purchase. They were completely out. We had been traveling for hours and were very thirsty. If you do decide to stay here and want quiet, insist on a room at the back of the building. We were given a room at the front of the building. And even though it was on the 6th floor, the road noise kept us up all night.

Summary: Stayed here for a weekend as we’re visiting Seattle and Mt. Rainier. I and my wife enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, very clean and nicely maintained rooms and facilities. Close to the airport and freeway. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Other than occasional noisy neighbors, it was one of our best stays.
